Lip Treats Policies
Important*
It is the responsibility of the purchaser to read all company policies listed on this page prior to ordering and/or returning merchandise.
Ordering
On-line orders always receive priority processing. Email orders are the second best way to order - please remember to include your name, shipping address and phone #.
Taxes
5% GST will be added to all Canadian orders. An additional 8% PST will be added to all Ontario orders. There are no taxes charged on orders being shipped to the US or overseas.
Payments
All funds are in US Dollars.
All payments are processed through Paypal. Paypal payments can be made via Bank Transfers, Debit Cards or Credit Cards. Credit Cards accepted by Paypal are Visa, Mastercard and Amex.
Shipping
All purchases are shipped via regular postal mail. The standard shipping times for available services are:
Canada - Expedited Parcel - 2-8 business days
USA - Airmail/Expedited Parcel - 1-3 weeks
International - Surface - 4-6 weeks or Airmail/Xpresspost - 1-3 weeks.
Shipping rates are given at checkout based on destination and weight of order.
*TIP* If at anytime while filling your cart you'd like to see the shipping rate, go to Checkout, fill in your Country, choose the appropriate shipping option and then go back to shopping. From then on, each time you Add to Cart or you go to your cart, you'll see the shipping included on your invoice.
Returns
We want our customers to have complete satisfaction with all transactions, including returns. It is therefore important that you read our Return Policies to avoid any misunderstandings. It is the customer’s responsibility to check merchandise upon receipt.
You must email for return authorization and shipping instructions within 2 days of receiving your merchandise. Unauthorized returns, COD's or failure to comply with our return instructions will not be accepted. Returns are generally not a problem, but we do reserve the right to refuse them. Any charges incurred, such as brokerage fees due to shipping via courier, will be charged back to the customer. You are responsible for the product until it is back in our hands, so please insure it.
All returns must have a Return Authorization # from Lip Treats.
Please Note: Shipping fees are non-refundable and the return shipping must be paid in full by the buyer. A 15% restocking fee applies to all returned packages.
